We are well into 2023, New years eve was welcomed in and then promptly into bed “its an age thing” then back to work.
February I celebrated my 53rd birthday with a weekend away to Esk camp ground staying in ‘Rusty’ the Retro Van. We arrived Friday and familiarised ourselves then went to the local pub for dinner. The food at The Esk Grand Hotel was fantastic and the staff showed great country hospitality. Highly recommended.
On Saturday we had a look around Esk and up to the lookout for some cheese and wine then back to the camp ground for the gourmet BBQ. We meet a couple of Grey Nomads and had dinner with them then back to Rusty the caravan. Sunday was the drive home to reality.
February has been a rather busy month with the fridge and pool pump breaking. Lucky for me I managed to fix both of them. A trip out to Mum and Dad’s for a working bee to help them with Mathew (grandson).
This month we have Lorde in concert at the river stage I’m looking forward to that.
And on the 18th of March A Day on the Green with Florence + The Machine.
